Mattie's First Birthday!!!!

We can't believe Madeline is 1!  We made it!

Mattie's party was a blast! We had so much fun and can't thank everyone enough for coming and helping us celebrate her first year. Thank you! Jeff and I feel truly blessed to have such an amazing support group of friends and family to help up love Miss Mattie. Thank you to you all!

We couldn't have pulled everything together without all the help from our parents and friends. Thank you to my mom and dad for all the prep work early on, for bringing everything but the kitchen sink to help us set up and decorate, and for coming early and working "like dogs" to get everything ready. Thank you to Toni for making the fantastic fruit salad and cookies and helping with everything on Saturday. (We are so sorry Bill was sick and not able to make it - you were missed)! Thank you to Tricia who came in early and worked SUPER hard to finish the decorations and help set everything up! We could not have done it without you! You are AMAZING! Also, thanks to David and Sara who helped us clean everything up and take everything down. Y'all are AWESOME!!! And, thanks Aunt Katherine for taking such fantastic pictures!

Speaking of pictures, we have a ton. I'm so sorry for the MASS quantity. (There are ton of the food and decorations, so please feel free to skip through them quickly. I think they will come in handy when she is older - we can remind her how much we love/loved her before we send her to her room for talking back.) Unfortunately, even with all the pics, we are still missing some of many of the folks who were there! I know I saw other cameras, so, please send me any pics you have! I'll post Mattie's 11 and 12 month updates soon with more pics...I know, really, more pics!?!?
